Dosage: For example, replace 1 high-calorie meal with our Sterrenstof Keto Meal Shake. Take our Sterrenstof Fat Burner once or twice a day. Ideally, take it (shortly) after a meal, for example after your Sterrenstof Keto Meal Shake. Take a maximum of one softgel of our Sterrenstof Omega 3 per day. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded.

Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children.

Heartburn and bad taste

As indicated above, I personally don't like the taste at all. I don't think the shake is filling until the next meal either. It doesn't taste like apple pie but rather a chemical apple taste. Then I am now left with an almost full bag of Keto shake as I cannot tolerate the shake and it gives me enormous heartburn. I have a medical condition that requires me to eat fewer carbohydrates. I am still looking for the best way to approach this and hence this purchase for quickly in the morning and on-the-go. Unfortunately no success. I tried it with almond milk and water because regular milk also contains a lot of carbohydrates. Then keto makes little sense anymore.

Do you have to exercise for this?

It is not necessary to exercise if you want to take our Sterrenstof Slimming Package, but we always encourage it. We understand that this is not easy for everyone. That is why your diet remains the most important thing.
