Our Sterrenstof Fat Burner is taken once to a maximum of twice a day, mixing 6 grams with approx. 250 ml of water. Ideally, you take this (shortly) after a meal, for example our Sterrenstof Diet Shake. This complete meal replacement is taken once to a maximum of twice a day. You mix 65 grams with approx. 350 ml of water. Finally, we advise you to take our Sterrenstof Omega 3 during your breakfast, as part of your (morning) routine. However, it is possible to take our Sterrenstof Omega 3 at any time of the day.

Is it possible to choose the flavors myself?
