The stardust is amazing and delicious to drink. Unfortunately the packaging is not good, the lid keeps turning. Lost 1 full container of a few tens of euros because it fell over and the lid never closes properly. Unfortunately, I lost all the powder.

How much caffeine is in the Sterrenstof Pre Workout?

A dose of 8.5 grams contains between 250 and 255 mg of caffeine. We recommend taking a maximum of one dose per day, and not combining the Pre Workout with other caffeine-rich drinks. This way you will get a maximum of 255 mg of caffeine per day. On average, healthy adults can easily ingest about 400 milligrams of caffeine per day. If you are more sensitive to caffeine, we also recommend halving the doses first.

Is it best to take a pre-workout on an empty stomach?

It is possible to take a pre-workout on an empty/fasted stomach. The effects of the pre-workout can feel a bit stronger. We recommend starting with half or even quarter doses on an empty stomach. This way you can let your body get used to the composition of the product.
