I ordered the pre-workout for the first time. I was a bit afraid because I had used another brand before and it gave me red spots and terrible itching on my head and ears. Then I lay awake all night as if I was on speed. Good supplement for a festival but not for me for sports. So the 1st time of Sterrenstof I did not have the full 8.5 grams, but 5 grams and I slowly built it up. Luckily I didn't get scabies and no itching! So I'm very happy with that stuff. It gives a good boost and can hyrox for up to 2 hours!

Unfortunately no results

Hello Sterrenstof, I tried it for a week but I did not lose an gram. I used it in the morning, the 65 mg Shake and the fat burner and the craving crusher with water and in the evening I ate vegetables with a piece of meat, it tasted good. wonderful, but unfortunately I haven't lost any weight.
